Design is inspired by intricately hand painted PICHWAI paintings of India. These are devotional paintings on cloth or paper depicting tales of Lord Krishna.
We loved the detailed and intricate rendering of plants, trees and flowers in these paintings and so we created the artwork with only the vegetation in beautiful rich hues of green colour keeping with the popular trend of tropical, urban jungle theme......giving it a Indian twist.
