RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY
At VLiving, every piece is thoughtfully created and
carefully packed from our studio. We take great care to ensure that your order
reaches you in excellent condition and as per your specifications.
Because most of our products are made fresh to order and
many are customised, we request customers to review measurements, colours and
product details carefully before placing an order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
We gladly accept requests for cancellation, return or
exchange under the conditions below.
Order Cancellation - Orders may be cancelled for
a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order dispatch
date.
Returns & Exchanges Accepted If:
a) The order delivered does not match the item confirmed
in your order.
b) The item received has a genuine manufacturing or
quality defect.
c) The order delivered in-spite of cancellation request
before dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted For:
a) Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order products.
b) Products purchased during sale
c) Orders where an incorrect or incomplete shipping
address was provided.
d) Orders with 3 failed delivery attempts by the
shipping partner.
e) International orders refused due to unpaid customs
duty, taxes or import charges applicable in the destination country.
In Case of Customer-Initiated Returns (Perfect
Product / Change of Mind)
If you wish to return an order despite receiving the
correct product in perfect condition and within the committed delivery
timeline:
• VLiving does not provide reverse pickup for such
returns.
• The customer is required to arrange and bear the cost of return shipping to
our studio.
• Original outbound shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, VLiving
will process either:
– Refund
– Replacement
– Store Credit (as requested and applicable)
Returned products - must be unused, unwashed, and
returned in original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
If the returned item is not received in original
condition, any loss in value may be deducted from the refund.
How To Request
A Return / Exchange -
Please contact us within:
• 48 hours of placing the order (for cancellations), or
• 48 hours of delivery (for returns, exchange or defect reporting)

• Order Number
• Date of Purchase
• Delivery Address
• Description of issue
• Photographs of damaged / defective / incorrect item (if applicable)
Our team will review and respond within 48 working
hours.
Refund Process
For cancelled paid orders (before dispatch):
• 100% refund processed within 7 working days.
For approved returns:
• Refund / replacement / credit note is initiated after the returned product is
received and inspected at our studio.
Once initiated, banks/payment providers may take
approximately 3–4 working days to reflect the amount.
Store Credit
As an alternative to refund, VLiving may offer Store
Credit / Coupon Code for future purchases.
Store credit:
• Valid for 60 days from date of issue
• Can be used against any eligible product on the website
