Description
Kalgi Royal Indian Jewellery Wall Art – Mughal Plume, Brocade Applique & Beading on Linen
A rich and opulent handcrafted wall art inspired by the kalgi — the ornate plume ornament worn on turbans by Mughal royalty. A tall curved crimson/red brocade paisley plume rises at the top, outlined with alternating white faux pearl and ruby-red stone beading. Below it sits a circular floral medallion with a red brocade centre set in emerald green brocade petals, ringed with pearl and ruby-red stones. Gold zari embroidered scrollwork fans out to either side, with small pearl and ruby drop accents completing the composition. Can be hung on the wall or propped on a shelf.
A deeply meaningful gift — perfect for housewarmings, anniversaries, and art lovers who appreciate Indian heritage craft.
