About Dominoterie

Inspired by the art of ‘Domino’ printed paper — decorated paper with patterns printed using a woodblock, with colour applied by paintbrush or stencil. In France, these sheets decorated with geometric or floral patterns peaked in popularity during the second half of the 18th century.
