I ordered a custom table runner. It arrived with the right measurements but when I washed it, the runner shrank by 4 inches. Even sent proof as requested. Seller is not willing to send me another one and Etsy is not willing to help either since it was washed. Is it unreasonable to expect the fabric not to shrink after washing? I loved it when it arrived but I can’t use it now and have to look for another one now. It’s a shame the seller is not willing to work with me to rectify this.
