  • Fabrics other than sarees (e.g., dupattas, lehengas, or ready-made garments).

  • Extremely slippery fabrics (like pure chiffon or georgette) unless they have a stable lining.

  • Any item that’s not clean and freshly laundered (we do not accept unwashed sarees).

  • Sarees with extensive stains, mold, or foul odor.

    VLiving will arrange a doorstep pickup through a reliable courier partner. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll schedule the pickup at your convenience and share all details with you.

    How many days will it take to deliver my order ?

    From the time we receive your saree, it usually takes 10-12 Days to craft and deliver your finished products, depending on the design and quantity.

    Will I get a refund if I don't like my order ?

    Since every piece is made exclusively from your saree, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, we ensure the highest craftsmanship and will address any genuine concerns about quality.

    How do I track my order?

    You’ll receive a tracking link to monitor delivery once your finished products are shipped.

    Can I cancel my order before proceeding with repurposing?

    Yes, you may cancel your order within 3 days of the date your saree is picked up. Once repurposing has begun, cancellation is not possible.
