What is the process for domestic deliveries?
The Indian registered post system takes 10 to 15 days to deliver anywhere in the world. This kind of shipment is track-able but not insured. When the order is sent through REGISTERED post – it implies that you can track your order but the packet is delivered on the signatures of the recipient.
The post office makes couple of attempts before returning the parcel undelivered.
We have not experienced any missing shipment / loss / damage till date but please note that seller can not be held responsible for loss / missing shipment as it’s not in our hands once the package leaves the country.
How do I track my order?
Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider information. Order status is also updated on our website and you can check it on your Orders tab in ‘My Account’.
Where is my order processed from?
All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Delhi, India.Delivery of all orders will be to the shipping address as mentioned during the Checkout. Delivery times vary from product to product.Delivery time is determined by the availability of the product and order destination.
Who will deliver my order?
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies within 3 to 4 business days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies or registered Indian post.
If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?
Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in the Shipping Charges; these are over and above the shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary from country to country. All such duties and taxes are to be paid by the buyer to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of the order delivery upon submission of invoice by the shipping agency.
How do I return or exchange a product?
We request you to report the damage in transit and please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +91 0120 6517990 between 10AM to 7PM IST or email us at contact@vliving.in with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongly delivered or defective item.
Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.In case of damaged or quality defect goods V Living would need you to provide a photo as proof of damage or any other disruptions in the product and our customer care team will definitely replace the product or provide you with the refund of the product price immediately after the item is received in our studio in India
The returned merchandise must be in exact condition as received and the damage incurred within this grace period will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The product must be repackaged into its original package or an equivalent.
Do you offer store credit in lieu of refunds?
V Living also offers an option of coupon code to purchase any other item you like from the website as an alternative of refund. The credit is valid upto 30 days from the date it is offered.
This returns policy does not extend to products which are custom produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes; are bought in sale or are purchased with a coupon code.
What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?
