KANTHA is a traditional embroidery style originating from Bengal, involving simple, running stitches. The word ‘Kantha’, in fact, means ’embroidered quilt’.This quilt would be used either to sleep on or as a blanket to cover oneself.

My chevron patterned quilt is inspired from the beautiful KANTHA art.

This quilted bedspread is made of fine quality cotton fabric with cotton wadding and then lined with soft cotton fabric at the back. Quilting is in classic stripe pattern in same tone lavender colour threads.

This traditional beautiful handmade bedspread is durable and comfortable.
Each bedspread is washed and ironed before putting up for selling.
