V Living is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.

We deliver our products to customers throughout India and worldwide.

The delivery of orders may take 3 to 15 days.

Domestic shipping
For domestic buyers:
Order preparation time - is usually between 2 to 10 days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the product ordered.
Shipping time - We ship all our orders through registered courier partners. 2 to 4 days is the time taken by the courier partners to deliver the orders.
International shipping:
Order preparation time - is usually between 2 to 10 days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the product ordered.
Shipping time - We ship all our orders through registered shipping partners. 5 to 15 days is the time taken by the shipping partners to deliver the orders.
We ship through - Indian registered post & Registered International courier
Indian registered post:
The Indian registered post system takes 10 to 15 days to deliver anywhere in the world. This kind of shipment is track-able but not insured. When the order is sent through REGISTERED post – it implies that you can track your order but the packet is delivered on the signatures of the recipient.
The post office makes couple of attempts before returning the parcel undelivered.
We have not experienced any missing shipment / loss / damage till date but please note that seller can not be held responsible for loss / missing shipment as it’s not in our hands once the package leaves the
country.
Registered International courier:
take 4 to 5 days to deliver anywhere in the world. This kind of shipment is insured and trackable.As these shipments can be insured at a nominal extra charge, full responsibility is taken thereafter for the items sent through insured packages.We encourage multiple purchases as Shipping gets cheaper.There will be no refunds – in case of PARCEL RETURNED UNCLAIMED- that is if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.For both domestic and international shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
Duties & Taxes for International Orders:
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in the Shipping Charges; these are over and above the shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary from country to country. All such duties and taxes are to be paid by the buyer to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of the order delivery upon submission of invoice by the shipping agency.
Delivery:
All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Delhi, India. Delivery of all orders will be to the shipping address as mentioned during the Checkout.
Delivery times vary from product to product. Delivery time is determined by the availability of the product and order destination.
We shall not be liable for delays in performing or failure to perform this Agreement or any obligations hereunder, which are directly attributable to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, fires, strikes, labor disputes, war, acts or intervention by any governmental authority, failure of a common carrier,supplier, hardware, software, browser, or communications equipment, or
network failure, congestion, or malfunction.
VLiving reserves the right to deliver different products ordered in the same time separately.
Tracking Packages:
Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider information. Order status is also updated on our website and you can check it on your Orders tab in ‘My Account’.
